Effective from the moment of publication on the Website
These Terms of Use regulate the use of the website https://ru.mediaieu.cc/ and the related subdomains of the MediaIEU platform.
The Website and related services are operated by MEDIA IEU, SIA, registration number 40203268669, registered at LV-5201, Latvia, Jēkabpils, Andreja Pormaļa Street 15.
Use of the Website in any form, including visiting, viewing materials, reading texts, following links, arranging project support, purchasing lectures or using other features of the Website, means that the User has become familiar with these Terms and accepts their provisions.
If the User does not agree with these Terms, the User must stop using the Website.
The User confirms that they have the necessary legal capacity to use the Website and accept these Terms in accordance with applicable law.
1. General Provisions
1.1. MediaIEU is an authorial educational and analytical project that publishes materials about politics, economics, society, human behavior, demand, money and the movement of systems.
1.2. The project is based on the author’s model by Iv.Spolan, “Basic Law of Political Economy”.
1.3. The MediaIEU Website performs informational, educational, analytical and publishing functions. The Website may contain articles, analytical materials, lectures, PDF packages, archive materials, project support pages, payment links, platform documents and other MediaIEU materials.
1.4. The Website materials are intended for familiarization, study, analysis and understanding of the author’s model, as well as economic, political and social processes.
1.5. The Website is not a financial, investment, legal, medical or individual consulting service.
1.6. The presence of paid lectures, PDF packages, archive materials, project support forms or payment links does not turn MediaIEU materials into individual consultation, personal recommendation or a guarantee of results.
2. Purpose of the Materials
2.1. All materials published on the Website, including texts, articles, lectures, PDF packages, diagrams, images, concepts, formulas, model descriptions and other objects, are informational, educational, analytical and authorial in nature.
2.2. The materials disclose the logic of MediaIEU, the Basic Law of Political Economy, related models, political and economic processes, human behavior, demand, money and the movement of systems.
2.3. No material on the Website should be interpreted as individual financial advice, investment advice, a legal opinion, tax consultation, personal forecast, guarantee of achieving a result or instruction to perform any specific action.
2.4. Publications reflect the author’s view and do not take into account the User’s specific personal, financial, legal, tax, professional or other circumstances.
2.5. Any interpretation of the materials, conclusions and actions taken by the User on the basis of information from the Website are carried out by the User independently and at the User’s own risk.
3. Use of Information
3.1. The User may use the Website materials for personal familiarization, study and analysis.
3.2. Use of the materials for commercial purposes, copying, reproduction, publication, distribution, translation, adaptation, placement on other websites, social networks, messengers, file-sharing services or other public channels is permitted only with the permission of the rights holder, unless otherwise expressly stated on the Website.
3.3. Information is provided in the form in which it is published on the Website. MediaIEU is not obliged to adapt the materials to the individual goals, tasks, circumstances or expectations of the User.
3.4. The User is independently responsible for understanding, interpreting and applying the information published on the Website.
4. Paid Materials, Lectures and Project Support
4.1. The Website may contain paid MediaIEU lectures, PDF packages, archive materials, current monthly lectures, the archive of monthly lectures, the archive of classical lectures, project support forms, support at the User’s discretion and open support from people and organizations.
4.2. Paid lectures and PDF packages are digital materials. They may be provided in PDF format, as a ZIP archive, through a download link, by email delivery or by another method specified on the page of the relevant material.
4.3. The purchase of lectures, PDF packages or archive materials is not the purchase of an official educational programme, professional qualification, diploma, certificate or accredited education.
4.4. Project support is voluntary support for an authorial educational and analytical project. It is not an investment, loan, purchase of a share, purchase of profit, participation in future income of MediaIEU or a right to manage the project.
4.5. People, companies and organizations that have supported MediaIEU do not determine the topics, conclusions, formulas, research, educational materials, lectures, publications or the authorial position of Iv.Spolan.
4.6. The procedure for payment, project support, receipt of digital materials, refunds, open support and payment processing is regulated by a separate document, the “MediaIEU Payment and Support Policy”.
5. User Responsibility
5.1. The User is independently responsible for using the Website, interpreting the published materials and any actions or omissions taken on the basis of information from the Website.
5.2. The User undertakes to use the Website lawfully, not to disrupt the operation of the Website, not to interfere with its technical infrastructure, not to use malicious software, scripts, bots, automated data collection or other technical means that may disrupt the normal functioning of the Website.
5.3. The User undertakes not to use the Website materials in violation of the copyright, intellectual, property, personal or other rights of MediaIEU, the author of the materials or third parties.
5.4. The User is independently responsible for the correctness of the data provided during payment, arranging support, purchasing lectures, submitting requests through website forms or using other Website functions.
6. Limitation of MediaIEU Liability
6.1. The Website and the materials on it are provided without guarantees of continuous availability, completeness, accuracy, relevance, applicability to a specific situation or compliance with the User’s expectations.
6.2. MediaIEU is not responsible for decisions, actions, losses, expenses, lost profits, reputational, financial, organizational, legal or other consequences arising from the use, inability to use or independent interpretation of the Website materials.
6.3. Publications on the Website reflect the current authorial vision of economics, politics, society, human behavior, demand, money and the movement of systems. Published materials are not a promise, obligation or guarantee of any result.
6.4. MediaIEU is not responsible for the content, availability, correctness, security or rules of use of third-party websites, services, payment systems, social networks, video platforms, external resources or other websites to which links from the Website may lead.
6.5. The User follows external links independently.
6.6. MediaIEU is not responsible for interruptions in the operation of the Website caused by actions of third parties, hosting providers, payment providers, technical failures, software updates, communication restrictions, actions of public authorities, force majeure circumstances or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of MediaIEU.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All materials published on the Website, including texts, articles, lectures, PDF packages, structure, concepts, formulas, models, design, visual elements, diagrams, images and other objects, are objects of intellectual property of MediaIEU, Iv.Spolan or other rights holders.
7.2. The materials are protected by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, European Union law and applicable international copyright and intellectual property rules.
7.3. Copying, reproduction, distribution, publication, translation, adaptation, sale, transfer to third parties, commercial use or placement of Website materials in whole or in part without the permission of the rights holder is prohibited, unless otherwise expressly stated on the Website.
7.4. In any permitted use of the materials, the User must preserve the indication of authorship, the name of the MediaIEU project and a link to the source, where applicable.
7.5. The authorial model by Iv.Spolan, “Basic Law of Political Economy”, related formulas, texts, structures, explanations and materials are part of the MediaIEU authorial system and may not be appropriated by third parties.
8. Links to Other Pages, Projects and Documents
8.1. The Website may contain links to other MediaIEU pages, related subdomains, language versions, projects, documents, materials, payment pages and external services.
8.2. Separate pages, materials, lectures, payment forms or related projects may have their own terms, descriptions, policies or special rules.
8.3. These Terms apply together with other Website documents, including the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and MediaIEU Payment and Support Policy.
8.4. When using paid materials, arranging project support or making a payment, the User also accepts the relevant terms placed on the material page, payment page or in the separate MediaIEU Payment and Support Policy.
9. Technical Availability and Website Changes
9.1. The Website is provided in its current technical condition.
9.2. MediaIEU does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Website.
9.3. Technical interruptions, updates, maintenance work, changes to the structure, design, functionality, content, navigation and individual pages of the Website may occur without prior notice to Users.
9.4. MediaIEU has the right to change, supplement, delete, move, update or revise any Website materials.
10. Development of the MediaIEU Project
10.1. MediaIEU is a developing authorial educational and analytical project.
10.2. The Website and the materials published on it reflect the current stage of development of the project, the authorial model, materials, lectures, research, publications and related directions.
10.3. MediaIEU may change, be supplemented, expand, be updated or transform.
10.4. The User understands that materials, structure, directions, lectures, publications, support pages, paid materials and other elements of the project may change as MediaIEU develops.
11. Personal Data Processing
11.1. Use of the Website may involve the processing of technical information, including IP address, browser data, device data, cookies, system language, actions on pages and other similar data.
11.2. When using forms, making payments, arranging project support, purchasing lectures or interacting with the Website, contact, payment and technical data necessary for the operation of the Website, payment processing, sending materials, ensuring security and fulfilling legal obligations may be processed.
11.3. Detailed information about the processing of personal data is contained in the separate document “Privacy Policy”.
11.4. The use of cookies and similar technologies is regulated by the separate Cookie Policy document.
11.5. Issues of data processing during payments are additionally regulated by the MediaIEU Payment and Support Policy.
12. Prohibited Actions
The User is prohibited from:
- performing automated data collection, scraping, parsing or mass copying of materials without permission;
- using bots, scripts, malicious software or technical means that disrupt the operation of the Website;
- using Website materials for commercial purposes without the permission of the rights holder;
- publishing, distributing, selling, transferring or placing Website materials in open access without permission;
- presenting MediaIEU materials, texts, formulas, models or lectures as their own;
- removing indications of authorship, project, source or rights holder;
- violating the rights of MediaIEU, Iv.Spolan, other users or third parties;
- taking actions that may disrupt the stability, security or normal operation of the Website.
13. Changes to the Terms
13.1. MediaIEU reserves the right to periodically update these Terms of Use.
13.2. The current version of the Terms is always published on this page.
13.3. Continued use of the Website after publication of a new version means that the User has become familiar with the updated version of the Terms.
14. Applicable Law and Language of the Document
14.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and applicable rules of European Union law.
14.2. The legally binding version of these Terms is the Latvian-language version, if such version is published on the Website.
14.3. Translations of these Terms into other languages are provided for informational purposes. In case of discrepancies between versions, the legally binding Latvian-language version shall prevail.
15. Dispute Resolution
15.1. Disputes, disagreements and claims related to the use of the Website, materials, paid materials, project support or these Terms shall be considered in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia and applicable rules of European Union law.
15.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved out of court, it shall be considered by the competent courts of the Republic of Latvia.
16. Final Provisions
16.1. MediaIEU records and develops an authorial model in which the person, Personality, Behavior, Choice, Demand and Money are considered as connected elements of the political-economic movement of the system.
16.2. The Website publishes this model as the authorial educational, analytical and conceptual foundation of the MediaIEU project.
16.3. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
16.4. These Terms of Use are effective from the moment of publication on the Website.
