Personality → Behavior → Choice → Demand → Money
This Payment and Support Policy applies to the website https://ru.mediaieu.cc/ and the related subdomains of the MediaIEU platform.
The website and platform are operated by MEDIA IEU, SIA, registration number 40203268669, registered at LV-5201, Latvia, Jēkabpils, Andreja Pormaļa Street 15.
This Policy explains the procedure for supporting the project, paying for lectures, PDF packages, archive materials, open support from people and organizations, as well as the general rules for processing payments on the MediaIEU website.
1. General Provisions
MediaIEU is an authorial educational and analytical project that creates materials about politics, economics, society, human behavior, demand, money and the movement of systems.
The project is based on the author’s model by Iv.Spolan, “Basic Law of Political Economy”.
The MediaIEU website may offer free materials, voluntary project support, paid lectures, PDF packages, archive materials, support at the user’s discretion and open support for the project from people, companies and organizations.
All payments on the MediaIEU website are made voluntarily and consciously. The user independently decides whether to support the project, purchase lectures, pay for PDF packages or take part in the development of MediaIEU in another form.
2. Types of Payments on the MediaIEU Website
The following types of payments may be used on the MediaIEU website:
- basic monthly project support;
- support at the user’s discretion;
- payment for current monthly lectures;
- payment for archived monthly lectures;
- payment for archived classical lectures;
- open project support from people, companies and organizations;
- other payments related to the development of MediaIEU materials and activities.
All such payments are accounted for as income from the activity of MEDIA IEU, SIA in accordance with applicable law.
3. Basic Project Support
Basic MediaIEU support is 2.99 € per month.
This is voluntary regular support for the project. It helps MediaIEU continue its work, maintain the website, prepare new materials, develop lectures, translations, research and further work on the Basic Law of Political Economy.
Basic support is not the purchase of lectures, a course, an individual consultation, closed access, an official educational programme, a certificate, a diploma or a guaranteed result.
The user understands that basic project support is a voluntary payment in favour of MediaIEU activity and does not create the right to demand a specific material, service, expense report, refund, profit, share or management of the project.
4. Support at the User’s Discretion
The user may support MediaIEU with any amount at their own discretion.
Such support is voluntary support for an authorial educational and analytical project.
Support at the user’s discretion is not an investment, loan, purchase of a share, purchase of profit, participation in future income of MediaIEU or a targeted donation.
After receipt, such funds enter the general budget of MediaIEU activity and are used by the project independently within the law.
MediaIEU may indicate the total amount of support received for a certain period, for example for a month, without disclosing the names of support participants if separate consent to publish the name has not been obtained.
5. Paid MediaIEU Lectures
MediaIEU may offer paid lectures and PDF packages on the topics of economics, politics, society, human behavior, demand, money, systemic turbulence and the Basic Law of Political Economy.
Cost of materials:
- current monthly lecture package: 9.99 €;
- archive of monthly lectures: 12.99 € per package;
- archive of classical lectures: 14.99 € per package.
Paid lectures and PDF packages are digital materials. They may be provided in PDF format, as a ZIP archive, through a download link, by email delivery or by another method specified on the website.
Each MediaIEU lecture or lecture package has attached conditions for arranging the subscription, payment, receipt of digital materials, cancellation, refunds and personal use. Before payment, the user may review these conditions on the page of the corresponding material.
The purchase of lectures is not the purchase of an official educational programme, professional qualification, diploma, certificate or accredited education. MediaIEU materials are authorial educational and analytical materials.
6. Delivery of Digital Materials
Paid PDF packages, lectures and other digital materials may be sent to the user by email to the address provided during payment or provided by another method specified on the website.
If a delivery period is indicated on the payment page or material description page, MediaIEU aims to provide the material within the stated period.
If the material is sent manually, the delivery period may depend on technical availability, payment verification, correctness of the email address and other circumstances.
The user is responsible for providing the correct email address and contact details.
If the user provides an incorrect email address, MediaIEU may not have the technical ability to deliver the material without an additional request from the user.
7. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal
For voluntary project support, support at the user’s discretion and open support, refunds are generally not provided, since such payments are voluntary support for MediaIEU activity and not payment for a specific individual service.
For paid digital materials, the rules of distance selling and digital content apply in accordance with the law of Latvia and the European Union.
If the digital material has not yet been sent or provided to the user, the user may contact MediaIEU with a refund request.
If the user has agreed to receive digital material before the end of the withdrawal period and has confirmed understanding that, after the start of digital content delivery, the right of withdrawal may be lost, a refund after the material has been sent or provided may not be made if this is permitted by applicable law.
If the user received the wrong file, a damaged file or the material was not provided due to a technical error by MediaIEU, the user may contact MediaIEU to resolve the situation.
8. Open Support from People and Organizations
MediaIEU may receive open support from people, companies and organizations for whom educational materials, lectures, translations, research and further work on the Basic Law of Political Economy are important.
Open support may be indicated on the MediaIEU website if the support participant has given consent to public mention.
Possible levels of open support:

The names of support participants, company names, amounts and support status are published only with separate consent.
If there is no such consent, the support is indicated anonymously.
9. Public Publications About Support
MediaIEU may publish posts about received project support. Such publications may contain the total amount of support for a certain period, the direction of support, gratitude to readers or open support participants.
If the support participant has not given separate consent to publish their name, surname, company name or other identifying information, such support is indicated anonymously.
Publishing the total amount of anonymous support does not mean disclosure of the identity of support participants.
MediaIEU may independently determine the format, date, structure and content of such publications.
