The Fundamental Law of Political Economy: Law of the Managed Wave and Spiral Movement of the System

The Law of the Managed Wave explains why one and the same circle of movement can lead to development, stagnation, or turbulence: everything depends on the connection between Behavior, Choice, Demand, and Money around Personality.

The Fundamental Law of Political Economy begins with the direct movement:

Personality → Behavior → Choice → Demand → Money

This chain shows how the economy comes out of personality. Personality forms behavior. Behavior creates choice. Choice gives rise to demand. Demand starts the movement of money. This is how personality brings money into the system.

But after money appears, movement does not end. Money receives a direction. The direction of money creates the form of the system. The form of the system returns to demand. Changed demand begins to influence personality. This is how the reverse countdown is revealed:

Money → Direction of Money → Form of the System → Demand → Personality

The direct movement and the reverse countdown show the full circle of economic movement. Personality brings money into the system, and money returns to personality through the form of the system. But the circle itself is not enough to explain the development of personality and the system. One and the same circle can lead to different results. The system can pass through it and rise to a new state. It can pass through it and remain in the same state. It can pass through it, lose the internal connection between its points, and enter turbulence. And if turbulence intensifies and movement stops holding its form, the system can enter a state of uncontrolled descent.

Visual Model of the Law of the Managed Wave and the Spiral Movement of the System

To understand the Law of the Managed Wave and the Spiral Movement of the System, the model must be imagined not as a flat chain and not as an ordinary circle with arrows. This model is three-dimensional. At its center is Personality, and around Personality are the four main points of economic movement: Behavior, Choice, Demand, and Money.

In this model, Personality stands on the central vertical axis. It does not move in a circle. It can rise upward, remain in the same position, or move downward. The vertical axis shows the state of Personality and the system: development, stagnation, managed decline, turbulence, or a state of uncontrolled descent.

The four points around Personality also do not run in a circle. Each of them remains in its own place around the center, but can rise or fall relative to its position. Behavior can rise or collapse. Choice can rise or collapse. Demand can rise or collapse. Money can rise or collapse.

A wave passes between these four points. It is the wave that connects Behavior, Choice, Demand, and Money into one contour around Personality.

Behavior - Choice - Demand - Money

The wave does not move as a rotation of the points themselves. The points remain in their places. What moves is the impulse between them. If Behavior rises or falls, this creates a movement that must pass to Choice. Choice must receive this impulse and pass it to Demand. Demand must pass the movement to Money. Through the direction of money and the form of the system, Money returns changed demand back to Personality.

This is how the wave passes along the contour around Personality. It connects the four points into one system. As long as the movement between them remains coordinated, the form is maintained. The wave can lead the system upward if development arises. It can lead the system downward if managed decline takes place. The main point is not the upward or downward direction itself, but the preservation of the connection between the points and the holding of the form of movement.

If the wave passes through Behavior, Choice, Demand, and Money in a coordinated way, the system remains controllable. The points can change their position, but they do not break the contour. Personality at the center receives not a chaotic blow, but the result of coordinated movement of the system.

If the wave repeats the previous position and does not raise the system, stagnation arises. There is movement, the contour is preserved, but the system returns to its previous state. Personality remains in the old position, and the economic circle does not create a new state.

If the wave passes in a coordinated way and raises Personality and the system above the previous position, development arises. Then the circle stops being a simple repetition and turns into an upward spiral. The system returns to Personality already in a new state.

If the wave passes downward in a coordinated way, this is still not turbulence. It can be managed decline. The system loses part of its height, but it preserves its form, the connection between the points, and the ability to hold movement. Such decline differs from destruction because the contour does not break.

Turbulence begins when the wave stops being a coordinated up-and-down movement between the points. It no longer calmly transmits the impulse from Behavior to Choice, from Choice to Demand, from Demand to Money. Instead, the movement becomes chaotic inside the holding form.

In such a state, one point can rise sharply, another can collapse, a third may fail to receive the impulse, and a fourth can begin to press on the contour. The wave no longer passes through the points as managed movement. It begins to rush around inside the form. This is why turbulence strikes Personality: Personality is at the center, and chaotic movement begins to press on it from inside the system.

If turbulence intensifies and the form no longer holds the chaotic wave, the system enters a state of uncontrolled descent. This is no longer managed decline. In managed decline, the form is preserved. In uncontrolled descent, the form loses its ability to hold movement, the contour breaks down, and the pressure on Personality becomes direct and destructive.

Thus, the visual model of the law looks as follows: Personality stands at the center on the vertical axis. Around it are four points: Behavior, Choice, Demand, and Money. These points remain in their places and move up and down. A wave passes between them. If the wave preserves coordination, the system remains controllable: it can rise, decline, or move into another state without destroying the form. If the wave loses coordination and begins to move chaotically inside the form, turbulence arises. If the form stops holding turbulence, a state of uncontrolled descent begins.

How the Managed Wave Works

The managed wave does not begin when the system simply moves. Movement can be of any kind: weak, strong, sharp, slow, upward, or downward. The managed wave begins when movement between the four points preserves coordination.

If Behavior changes, this change must pass to Choice. If Choice changes, it must pass to Demand. If Demand changes, it must receive a connection with Money. If Money receives movement, it must return to Personality through the direction of money, the form of the system, and changed demand. As long as this transmission is preserved, the system holds its form.

The main property of the managed wave lies not in upward movement itself, but in the preservation of the connection between the points.

The managed wave can lead the system upward. Then development arises. Personality receives a new state of behavior, a new choice, a new demand, and a new form of connection with the system.

The managed wave can lead the system downward. Then managed decline arises. The system may lose part of its height, reduce movement, reduce load, or exit overheating, while still preserving its form. In such a state, decline is not yet destruction, because the contour is held.

Turbulence begins where movement stops being transmitted in a coordinated way. The wave no longer moves calmly from Behavior to Choice, from Choice to Demand, from Demand to Money. It begins to move chaotically inside the holding form. At this moment, one point can rise sharply, another can collapse, a third may fail to receive the impulse, and a fourth can begin to press on the contour.

This is how the system loses the normal wave.

Under a managed wave, movement passes through the points.

Under turbulence, movement begins to strike inside the form.

Therefore, turbulence is dangerous not because of movement itself, but because of the loss of coordination. The system may still look active, but this activity no longer creates development. It creates pressure on Personality, because Personality is at the center of the model, and the chaotic wave begins to strike the center from inside the system.

If the form still holds chaotic movement, the system is in turbulence.

If the form stops holding chaotic movement, a state of uncontrolled descent begins.

This is the difference between managed decline and uncontrolled descent. Under managed decline, the system moves downward, but preserves the connection between the points. Under uncontrolled descent, the connection is broken, the form does not hold the wave, and the movement can no longer return normally to Personality.

This is the main point shown by the Law of the Managed Wave:

development is not equal to any upward movement, decline is not equal to destruction, and movement is not equal to controllability. Controllability appears only where Behavior, Choice, Demand, and Money preserve their connection, and the wave passes between them without a chaotic blow to Personality.

Participants of the Law of the Managed Wave

The Law of the Managed Wave and the Spiral Movement of the System involves not only Personality, Behavior, Choice, Demand, and Money. In this law, the form of movement itself appears: the wave, coordination, turbulence, and the state of uncontrolled descent. Therefore, the Law of the Managed Wave must be considered not as a simple chain, but as a system of participants, where each element has its own place and its own function.

Personality

The main participant of the Law of the Managed Wave. Personality is at the center of the model. It does not move in a circle together with the other points. It stands on the central vertical axis and can rise, remain in the same position, or descend. It is precisely by the position of Personality that we can see what has happened to the system: development, stagnation, managed decline, turbulence, or uncontrolled descent.

The action of the Law of the Managed Wave on Personality appears through the result of the wave. If the wave passes in a coordinated way and raises the system, Personality receives a new state of behavior, choice, demand, and connection with money. If the wave remains in the previous position, Personality returns to the old form. If the wave becomes chaotic, Personality begins to receive pressure from inside the system. If the form no longer holds the chaos, Personality is pulled into a state of uncontrolled descent.

Behavior

Behavior is the first external point of movement of Personality. Through Behavior, the internal state of a person enters the economic system. As long as desire, fear, interest, fatigue, or readiness for action remain inside a person, the system does not see them. When they become behavior, movement begins.

The action of the Law of the Managed Wave on Behavior shows whether behavior has become the beginning of a coordinated wave or has remained a single jerk. If Behavior passes the impulse to Choice, the movement can become controllable. If Behavior changes sharply, but Choice does not receive this change, a rupture appears. Then Behavior begins to press on the contour and can become the first point of turbulence.

Choice

Choice receives the impulse from Behavior and gives it direction. Behavior without Choice remains a reaction. Choice turns the action of Personality into a defined route.

The action of the Law of the Managed Wave on Choice shows whether it is able to receive movement from Behavior and pass it further. If Choice becomes clear and connected with Demand, the wave preserves its form. If Choice expands chaotically, fragments, or does not turn into Demand, movement gets stuck. Then the system receives many options, but does not receive a stable economic signal.

Demand

Demand turns Choice into an economic signal. It shows that Personality has not merely chosen a direction, but has presented a requirement to the system: a product, a service, protection, development, security, status, a solution, or another form of satisfaction.

The action of the Law of the Managed Wave on Demand shows whether choice has become a stable signal or remained tension. If Demand receives the impulse from Choice and passes it to Money, the wave moves further. If Demand grows but Money does not give it resources, pressure appears inside the system. Such Demand can become not development, but a source of tension.

Money

Money secures Demand with resources. Through Money, Demand receives the power to change production, the market, institutions, infrastructure, technologies, culture, power, and the form of the social environment.

The action of the Law of the Managed Wave on Money shows whether it supports the wave or turns into pressure. If Money receives the impulse from Demand and creates the form of the system through the direction of money, the wave returns to Personality as a new state. If Money moves separately from Behavior, Choice, and Demand, it begins to press on the system. Then the resource does not raise Personality, but intensifies the distortion.

Wave

The wave connects Behavior, Choice, Demand, and Money into one contour around Personality. It does not mean that the points run in a circle. The points remain in their places and move up and down. The wave transmits the impulse between them.

The action of the Law of the Managed Wave on the Wave determines the state of the entire system. If the wave passes between the points in a coordinated way, the system remains controllable. It can rise, decline, or move into another state without destroying the form. If the wave loses coordination, it stops being normal movement between the points and begins to move chaotically inside the holding form.

Turbulence

Turbulence appears when the wave stops being a coordinated up-and-down movement between the points. One point can rise sharply, another can collapse, a third may fail to receive the impulse, and a fourth can begin to press on the contour. At this moment, the wave no longer passes calmly through Behavior, Choice, Demand, and Money. It begins to rush around inside the form.

The action of the Law of the Managed Wave on Turbulence shows why chaotic movement begins to strike Personality. Personality is at the center of the model. When the wave stops going through the points and begins to move chaotically inside the form, the pressure is directed not only at the contour, but also at the center. Therefore, turbulence is dangerous not because of movement itself, but because movement loses its form and begins to destroy the internal stability of Personality.

Form of the System

The form of the system appears after the movement of Money. Money receives a direction, the direction of money creates the form of the system, and the form of the system returns to Personality through changed Demand.

The action of the Law of the Managed Wave on the Form of the System shows whether it holds the wave. If the form is able to hold coordinated movement, the system can pass through managed upward movement or managed decline. If the form does not hold the chaotic wave, turbulence turns into a state of uncontrolled descent.

State of Uncontrolled Descent

The state of uncontrolled descent does not appear simply because of decline. Managed decline can preserve the form, the connection between the points, and the ability of the system to return to normal movement. Uncontrolled descent begins when the form no longer holds the chaotic wave.

The action of the Law of the Managed Wave on this state shows the boundary between managed downward movement and destruction. If the system declines in a coordinated way, it remains controllable. If the wave is chaotic, the contour is destroyed, the form does not hold the movement, and Personality receives direct pressure, uncontrolled descent begins.

This is how the Law of the Managed Wave shows each participant of the model not separately, but through its place in the overall movement. Personality stands at the center. Behavior, Choice, Demand, and Money form the internal contour. The wave connects these points. The form of the system either holds or does not hold the movement. Turbulence appears when coordination is lost. The state of uncontrolled descent begins when the form is no longer able to hold the chaotic wave.

Formulation of the Law

The Law of the Managed Wave and the Spiral Movement of the System can be formulated as follows:

The Economic System of Personality preserves development only when the wave between Behavior, Choice, Demand, and Money passes in a coordinated way, holds the form of movement, and returns Personality to a new state.

Personality is at the center. Behavior, Choice, Demand, and Money are around it as the four main points of economic movement. These points do not run in a circle. Each of them can rise or fall relative to its position. The wave connects these points and transmits the impulse between them.

If the wave passes in a coordinated way, the system remains controllable. It can rise, decline, or move into another state without destroying the form. Controllability is determined not by the upward or downward direction, but by the preservation of the connection between the points.

If the wave repeats the previous position and does not create a new state, stagnation arises. Movement is preserved, but Personality and the system return to the previous state.

If the wave loses coordination and begins to move chaotically inside the holding form, turbulence arises. In this state, movement no longer passes calmly between the points, but begins to press on the contour and strike Personality at the center.

If the form stops holding turbulence, the system enters a state of uncontrolled descent. This is no longer managed decline, but the loss of the form of movement, in which Personality receives direct destructive pressure.

Thus, the Law of the Managed Wave fixes the main distinction: development, stagnation, managed decline, turbulence, and uncontrolled descent depend not on the mere fact of movement, but on whether the wave preserves the connection between Behavior, Choice, Demand, and Money around Personality.

Adoption of the Law and Transition to Practical Implementation

Adoption of the Law of the Managed Wave and the Spiral Movement of the System brings the model closer to practical implementation. The Fundamental Law of Political Economy shows where economic movement begins. The Fundamental Law of Political Economy: Reverse Countdown shows how money returns to Personality through the direction of money and the form of the system. The Law of the Managed Wave and the Spiral Movement of the System shows how this movement passes inside the system: in a coordinated, repeated, chaotic, or destructive way.

After this, it becomes possible to move from a general description to a more precise methodology. If Personality is at the center, if Behavior, Choice, Demand, and Money are the four points of movement, if the wave can be managed or turbulent, then it becomes possible to look for ways to measure the state of these points, the force of the wave, the level of coordination, and the moment of transition from managed movement to turbulence.

At this stage, the law does not yet require a ready-made calculation formula. Here, the mechanism itself is fixed. Practical units, coefficients, percentages, measurement methodology, mathematical conclusions, and calculation models must come at the next stage. They cannot be inserted before the law itself, because first it is necessary to clearly define what exactly is being measured.

The Law of the Managed Wave provides the basis for such a transition. It shows that in the future it will be possible to assess not only the presence of movement, but also its quality: whether the wave passes between the points in a coordinated way, whether the system remains controllable, whether it repeats the previous position, whether it enters turbulence, or whether it approaches a state of uncontrolled descent.

Transition to the Law of the Protective Sphere of Personality

The Law of the Managed Wave and the Spiral Movement of the System completes the explanation of movement itself. It shows how the wave passes between Behavior, Choice, Demand, and Money when the system remains controllable, when it enters stagnation, when turbulence appears, and when a state of uncontrolled descent begins.

But this is not enough for a full understanding of the model. If turbulence begins to strike Personality, then it is necessary to understand what exactly receives this blow. Personality cannot be considered a bare point at the center of movement. Personality has an internal center and a protective sphere, through which the pressure of the system first passes, is distributed, or breaks through weak points.

Therefore, the next stage of the model must reveal the law:

  • The Fundamental Law of Political Economy: The Law of the Protective Sphere of Personality

This law must show how Personality holds the pressure of the system, which points form its protective sphere, how this sphere receives the blow of the turbulent wave, and why a weak protective sphere allows pressure to pass more quickly to the internal center of Personality.

Thus, the Law of the Managed Wave completes the description of the movement of the system and leads to two next directions: the mathematical model of movement and the Law of the Protective Sphere of Personality.

Conclusion

Like most laws of political economy, the Law of the Managed Wave and the Spiral Movement of the System first fixes the mechanism itself, and only then opens the path to practical application, calculations, and mathematical expression.

This law shows that the movement of the system cannot be understood only as growth, decline, or external activity. The form of movement has the main importance: whether the wave preserves coordination between Behavior, Choice, Demand, and Money, or loses it and turns into turbulence.

Adoption of this law makes it possible to move from the description of movement to its future measurement. If Personality, the four points of movement, the wave, coordination, turbulence, and the state of uncontrolled descent are fixed, then the basis for a mathematical model appears: it will be possible to calculate the state of the points, the force of the wave, the degree of coordination, the moment of transition to turbulence, and the pressure on Personality.

At the same time, this law leads to the next law of the model:

  • The Fundamental Law of Political Economy: The Law of the Protective Sphere of Personality

If turbulence begins to strike Personality, it is necessary to reveal what exactly receives this blow. Personality is not a bare point at the center of movement. It has a protective sphere through which the pressure of the system passes, is distributed, or breaks through weak points.

Thus, the Law of the Managed Wave and the Spiral Movement of the System completes the description of movement and, relying on:

opens two next directions:
